Please review the following Return & Refund Policy before requesting an exchange or contacting us regarding your purchase.

Exchange Policy
Mandelli accepts exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

● The original receipt must be presented.
● The item must be unused.
● The item must remain in its original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange.
Please note that Mandelli does not offer refunds for general returns or exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are excluded from Mandelli’s exchange and return policy due to their nature, condition, or the level of craftsmanship involved.

Tailored and Altered Items
Tailored or altered items cannot be exchanged or returned. This also applies to items that have been used or damaged.

Undergarments and Personal-Use Items
For hygiene reasons, undergarments and personal-use items are non-returnable.

Leather & Exotics
Leather and exotic products require special care. These items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds
Mandelli does not offer refunds, except in cases involving defective goods, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law. Where applicable, a credit note valid for 180 days may be issued. The availability and form of any applicable resolution will be determined in accordance with the circumstances of the purchase and the applicable Mandelli policy.

Defective Goods
If you believe that an item purchased from Mandelli is defective, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Defective goods may qualify for a refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law.

Please retain your original receipt and the item in its current condition when contacting us regarding a potential defect. Mandelli may require the item to be assessed before determining the appropriate resolution.

International Orders
Customers transporting goods internationally are responsible for any applicable duties and import taxes associated with the shipment or transportation of the goods. Mandelli’s exchange and return conditions continue to apply to eligible purchases, subject to the specific provisions outlined in this policy.

Tax-Free Shopping
VAT refunds may be available to eligible tourists under the applicable UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Eligibility and the process for obtaining a VAT refund are subject to the applicable UAE tax-free shopping requirements. Please note that a VAT refund is separate from Mandelli’s exchange and refund policy. Customers are responsible for duties and import taxes when transporting goods internationally."
